In a typical real estate transaction, the buyer's agent receives a commission of 2.5% or 3% of the purchase price of a home. The commission is then split between the buying agent and his or her broker. With our 1% Commission Rebate, instead of the buying agent receiving 2.5% - 3% as their "typical" buyer agent commission, you the buyer get 1% back to you as a rebate check.
Agents don't want you to know rebates are legal in Kentucky because they don't want to give up any portion of their commissions.
When you buy a house, condo, land or investment property from us, you will receive 1% of the purchase price back as a rebate at closing. There is no maximum amount you can receive.
"This is possible because I own Canfield Realty Group and don't have to split my commission with my broker. I am the broker," says Steve Canfield. "Buying property should be about what's best for the client, not what's best for the agent. With Canfield Realty Group, I always put the client first."
